Thomas Hamilton is the VP Strategy and Operations at ROSS Intelligence. Prior to joining the ROSS Intelligence team, Thomas was a lawyer at the Toronto office of Dentons.
Fascinated by how the law interacts with our world, Thomas joined ROSS to change how lawyers and those outside of the legal profession access the law. In his role at ROSS, he helps coordinate efforts across the organization to ensure that sole practitioners, legal aid groups, law firms, state bar associations, and law faculties get as much value out of ROSS as possible. Over the years, Thomas has spoken in and outside of the United States on the importance and necessity of legal technology innovation and law firm strategy, insisting that artificial intelligence can and will improve access to justice worldwide.
