Speaker Bio

Nicole Auerbach is a Founding Partner of Valorem Law Group, a boutique litigation firm known for its use of alternative fee arrangements (AFAs). Nicole handles commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts and in arbitrations across the country. Last month, she obtained a jury verdict of nearly $13.4 million after a 5 week federal court trial for her client who was wrongfully convicted of a crime he did not commit.

Nicole is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and  of the College of Law Practice Management. She also founded and currently serves as the National Board Chair of the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law and sits on the Advisory Board of the Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession.
