AI Meets Law: Reimagining the Client Journey

Nicole (Niki) Black is one of the legal industry’s top thought leaders exploring the crossroads of law and technology and educating lawyers on how to use technology to modernize their law firms, become more efficient, and provide better client representation. Her columns can regularly be found in the ABA Journal, Above the Law, The Daily Record, and the MyCase Blog.

During this talk, Black and the Commission’s Chief Counsel Mark Palmer will walk through the latest practical applications of generative AI that lawyers can use to enhance every stage of the client journey—from attracting new clients to delivering quality legal services to streamlining marketing and client communications. This session will feature live demos and actionable insights for all legal professionals, whether you are new to generative AI or use it daily.

A town hall discussion will follow, allowing attendees to engage with the speakers as they explore how to stay ahead of the curve by integrating generative AI into their legal practice.
